Depend on what you mean by wireless.
If by wireless you mean Wi-Fi, then no. Wi-Fi is created by a router attached to a broadband signal like DSL and Cable.
If by wireless you mean cellular, then sort of. Cellular wireless signal used to be used for just making phone calls, but now it can be used as an alternative to broadband services like DSL and Cable (As to whether or not it can still be called broadband, I am not sure of).
